They have socials a couple of times during the week with snacks and drinks. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed.
I liked it so much last week, I'm headed back again this week! I can't say enough good about Fairfield in Verona. The management there truly knows how to care for a traveler.
Rooms are clean and well apportioned. Staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The hotel arranges a Happy Hour for guests and you can't be mad at free beer. Shuttles to Epic are prompt and frequent. Would highly recommend the stay
After having some car troubles on a road trip, we pulled off the highway and found ourselves in the parking lot of the Verona Fairfield. We asked the employees at the front desk for a coat hanger to try to fix the problem, and they gladly let us use one, and even offered us some coffee (perfect for the cold and rainy weather). Unfortunately, the coat hanger didn't work, so we set up a car rental and asked the employees at the front desk if they could call us a local taxi. Instead, they offered to take us in their shuttle free of charge, let us wait in the lobby and offered us coffee again. They even let us park our car over the weekend until we could figure out what to do about it!
The shuttles run very frequently and are often available at need. The drivers are friendly and helpful.
The room was very comfortable and I liked the fact that I could get Netflix on the TV. Everything was nice and clean.
This is a great hotel to stay in. Not nearly as nice as the Wisconsin dells location but the staff were great and the rooms were very nice too. The Wisconsin dells location had a better bed and a better shower. However the breakfast was great and they had a customer appreciation night going on so the free beverages were great too. Definitely would stay here again.
I'm more REALLY that anxious to be away from home, but i couldn't imagine a better place to spend a work week.
We got to the car rental on-time, and had a successful trip thanks to the folks at the Verona Fairfield. They provided excellent service to us, and we weren't even spending a night with the hotel, so you know for a fact if you stay with them, they will make sure your stay is incredible!
Our room is fabulous. Super clean, beds were great, breakfast was full of yummy choices . Fresh fruit, 4 different egg selections, yogurt, waffles, bagels toast, oatmeal and list goes on. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be back. Thanks Fairfield Inn and suites you rock.
