This company does not believe in customer service from the the people who work there to the top of the company. It is a complete waste of your time to go here. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. We called to schedule an alignment. After 10 minutes on hold we drove to the store (while still on the phone) no one answered by the time we got there. Went in and was told we had to schedule it over the phone. Waited on hold for another 25 minutes with no answer. After speaking with the Supervisor he said he would call me right away. We drove from Madison to Green Bay and still never got a phone call. I spoke with three Managers, Matt, Kyle, and Justin. No one returned my phone calls. I called the corporate office to speak with Patrick and left him a message. also never returned.
Can not recommend tire service. I had a set of tires put on in July (it is now Nov) and have been struggling with leaks on two of the four requiring stopping to pump up the pressure. I was concerned that the bead sealant was not done correctly, I voiced my concern to the service manage Justin and was assured that bead seals would / should not be considered a maintenance item, I was charged $32.47 anyway...not fair!

It's always interesting to me how customer service folks pick and choose who to offer help to. I was wondering fairly aimlessly and overheard a rep ask someone else if they needed help finding something, and then followed through by helping them find it. I passed three sales associates and none of them asked if I needed help finding something. But other than that, the cashier was super friendly and I'm sure had I asked for help the sales reps would have helped me!
