I ordered the Summer Sympathy Vase online over the Memorial Day weekend to go to family in Madison. Being nervous about delivery I also called to make sure flowers would be delivered when someone was home. Customer service was helpful and responsive. Many, many thanks to Blooms for their timely delivery of an absolutely beautiful flower arrangement. The colors and fragrance are wonderful and the flowers are much appreciated. I will definitely use Blooms for any future floral needs in Madison area.

Brandi knows her plants, is creative in her arrangements, listens to what you want and also provides advice on what would look best based on her experience. I trusted her from day one and she didn’t disappoint. Brandi worked with our price point and was always brainstorming ways for me to save money so I could get everything I wanted. Her communications with me were excellent in every detail. She was prompt in her email responses and was actually willing to change my order up until the last possible minute. Everything was fresh, healthy and absolutely gorgeous! She literally made my dream flowers a reality. It was such a wonderful, unique experience to have had Blooms by Brandi as our florist. I would recommend her highly with her gift of enhancing a special event in an elegant way!

The bridal bouquet Brandi made for our new daughter-in-law was so beautiful, just exactly what she wanted, it really could not have been nicer. We had a great experience and will definitely be back next time we need flowers.
