Been a client of Atkins for over 4 years now and today they went above and beyond to take care of my situation. I bought a bike built specifically by another company and they use some proprietary parts that are unique. Dan called the vendor for me, got the parts shipped with an extra included. Took all the pressure off of me. Outstanding service! We get our bikes tuned there annually as well, they are the best in Dane County.
Came in for a brake rubbing on front tire. Owner was so helpful came out and showed me how to fix it. Will never go anywhere else for bike repair or to buy a new one. Will travel from madison. So nice. So refreshing!
Gained 2 mph after getting a complete tune-up. ^_^
